Trullo Emilia is reserved exclusively for you and your group, offering complete privacy throughout your stay. Outside, the large terrace provides shaded lounging areas, a traditional wood-fired pizza oven, and a 10 x 4 metre private pool, all set within landscaped gardens and open surroundings — ideal for relaxed afternoons, family meals, or evenings spent dining under the stars.
Inside, the villa combines traditional stone architecture with clean, contemporary design. The thick trullo walls help keep the interiors naturally cool in summer, while soft lighting, carefully chosen furnishings, and thoughtful amenities create a calm, comfortable atmosphere throughout.
Pool and Outdoor Living
At the centre of the outdoor space is the 10 x 4 metre infinity-edge pool, designed with wide steps for easy access and surrounded by a generous wooden deck furnished with sun loungers. The entire pool terrace is laid out on a single level, providing seamless access to two shaded pergolas and relaxed seating areas for comfort throughout the day.
A guest favourite, the floating pool sack offers the perfect way to drift across the water with a favourite book or a drink in hand. An outdoor sound system allows you to enjoy your favourite playlist or set the perfect holiday atmosphere while spending time by the pool. The pool overlooks landscaped gardens, olive trees, and open fields, creating a spacious outdoor setting for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying time together.
Dining and Entertaining
Trullo Emilia offers multiple beautifully equipped kitchens and dining spaces to suit every occasion. The guest suite features its own compact kitchen — ideal for preparing a quiet breakfast or light meal — complete with induction hob, fridge, and dishwasher.
The main kitchen, located beside the large covered terrace, is fitted with dual Miele ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, and a generous fridge-freezer. Indoors, the extending dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, while outside, a spacious family table sits beneath the pergola for long, leisurely meals. The outdoor kitchen area features a wood-fired pizza oven and Big Green Egg charcoal barbecue — perfect whether you’re preparing a family feast, inviting a private chef, or trying your hand at homemade pizza.
Suites and Bedrooms
All bedrooms at Trullo Emilia are set within the original trullo buildings, with high, vaulted ceilings beneath the iconic stone cones and beautiful architectural detailing throughout. Each room offers views across the pool terrace or surrounding countryside, and features individually controlled air conditioning for personalised comfort.
The generously proportioned principal suite provides a private haven within the main house, accompanied by two further double bedrooms — one of which can be arranged as either a double or twin. These two bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom. In the guest suite, two additional bedrooms are offered: one with a full-size double bed, the other with a smaller double. Both guest suite bedrooms benefit from large private ensuite bathrooms.
Bathrooms
Trullo Emilia features four spacious, contemporary bathrooms, each designed for comfort and simplicity. Three of the bedrooms benefit from private ensuite bathrooms, while the remaining two bedrooms share a generously sized family bathroom. Every bathroom includes large, easy-to-use walk-in showers and elegant washbasins.
For added convenience, an outdoor pool shower and a separate toilet with basin are located beside the pool terrace. Hairdryers are provided in every bathroom, along with bathroom towels, bathrobes, and pool towels for guest use.

The main house includes three bedrooms along with its own kitchen and living spaces, while the separate guest suite offers two additional bedrooms, also with its own kitchen and lounge. We loved our stay at Trullo Emilia! The house has been thoughtfully renovated, perfectly blending the old and the new in a really stylish way. It’s very well kitted-out with all the comforts and tech you could possibly need, including an amazing sound system. The pool is very generous in size, the beds are really comfortable and it’s a great space that could work for groups or families, year-round. It’s also very well located for the coast and many of the most popular towns. It ticked all our boxes and we can’t wait to return!Anna UK - June 2024
