What makes this villa special?
Trullo Emilia is reserved exclusively for you and your group. Outdoors, you’ll find a large terrace with shaded lounging areas, a traditional wood-fired pizza oven, and a 10 x 4-metre private pool, all surrounded by expansive gardens and open fields—perfect for relaxed afternoons, family dinners, or a celebratory evening under the stars.
Inside, the villa balances traditional stone features with clean, contemporary design. From thick trullo walls that naturally stay cool in summer to soft lighting, stylish furniture, and thoughtful amenities, every space is designed to help you unwind in comfort.
The Layout
The property is thoughtfully split into two parts:
Main House – Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master with its own cosy snug. The open-plan kitchen and living area features wide patio doors that lead directly onto a covered terrace with a large family dining table. There’s also a separate TV lounge for quiet evenings in.
Guest Suite – Two further bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus a second kitchen and lounge. Ideal for two families travelling together or extended families who appreciate a little extra space and independence.

We loved our stay at Trullo Emilia! The house has been thoughtfully renovated, perfectly blending the old and the new in a really stylish way. It’s very well kitted-out with all the comforts and tech you could possibly need, including an amazing sound system. The pool is very generous in size, the beds are really comfortable and it’s a great space that could work for groups or families, year-round. It’s also very well located for the coast and many of the most popular towns. It ticked all our boxes and we can’t wait to return!Anna UK - June 2024
